Owner & Founder
Lacee’s longing for a better salon experience for her guests as well as the stylists inspired Maven Loft Salon over 6 years ago. Her ultimate goal is for guests to have a welcoming, relaxing and luxurious salon experience. While she no longer takes new clients behind the chair, she is very much involved in the salon. Mentoring and coaching the stylists within her space is where her time is spent these days. Her love of the industry is ever present in her dedication to the salon and her team of amazing Stylists.
Darian Olbert
Hi, I’m Darian, I recently moved to Idaho from Montana and I am excited to be your new hair stylist! I have been a stylist for 7 years now. I pour my heart into continuing and furthering my education. Balayage, highlighting, custom color, cutting, gray blending and lived in looks are my passion. I am ready to give you the hair you’ve always wanted with my specialized techniques. I look forward to seeing you soon!
Jade Smoot
Jade is a skilled hair stylist residing in Meridian with her husband and pets. Within her years of experience and continued education, Jade has come to love the art of hair styling. She has a particular passion for creating beautiful blondes and gorgeous lived in colors. When she's not in the salon, Jade can be found with her nose in a book or enjoying the great outdoors. Jade is currently accepting new clients and is eager to bring her skills and passion to the Maven Loft Salon Meridian team.
Sierra Burns
Creativity has always shaped who I am, and hair became the outlet that felt natural from the very beginning. What started as a high school fascination has grown into a career I genuinely love! I’m drawn to soft, dimensional color and lived-in blondes that grow out beautifully and feel effortless. I take pride in creating results that feel elevated, healthy, and completely customized to you. My chair is equal parts polished and laid-back! Whether you’re in the mood for a quiet appointment or a full-salon conversation, I want you to feel comfortable, cared for, and completely yourself.
Outside of the salon, you’ll usually find me with a caramel vanilla latte (soft top always) or a classic Coke in hand, exploring Boise with my boyfriend Marco or unwinding with a cozy, story-driven game!

Hi, I’m Alivia! I'm a girl with a passion for all things hair. Born and raised in Meridian, Idaho-I adore the natural beauty and sense of community here. As a dog mom and soon-to-be wife, I'm excited to share my hair experience with you. My specialties include lived in colors, layered cuts, and voluminous blowouts, perfect for those who want low-maintenance, effortless style. If that sounds like you, I'm your go-to-girl.

Im a 25 year old hairstylist with 6 years in the industry. Hair has been my passion for as long as I can remember, and I’m so grateful that I get to turn that passion into a career. I specialize in creating natural, lived-in balayages that bring out your best features and make you feel effortlessly beautiful.
My favorite part of what I do is helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin — there’s truly nothing better than seeing that post-appointment glow! When I’m not at the salon, you’ll probably find me sipping on a coffee, hanging out with my four fur babies, or making yet another Swig run (it’s a real addiction at this point). I can’t wait to meet you and have you in my chair! Let’s make some hair magic together.

Hi, I’m Abby, your future favorite hairstylist! Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been super creative and a total chatterbox, so becoming a hairstylist felt like the perfect fit. I’m passionate about all things hair and the meaningful connections I get to build with each client in my chair. My specialties include blonding, lived-in color, and custom cuts that bring out your natural beauty and style. A little about me- I’m a proud Idaho native, a cat mom to three, and completely obsessed with Diet Coke! I cant wait to have you in my chair and help you feel more authentically you!
Hannah Bohanan
As a second-generation hairstylist, I've spent my summers in salons. I grew up hanging out in my aunt's salon, chatting with clients about life's ups and downs. When my mom started her hairstyling career, it truly lit up her world, and I knew that this was the path I wanted to follow. With my knack for conversation and learning from my aunt and mom, it was clear that hairstyling was my calling. I’m passionate about creating not just stunning hairstyles, but also lasting relationships with my clients. I understand that a hair appointment can be more than just a service; it’s a chance to unwind, find a safe space, even just feel like yourself again or to reinvent your look! I’m here to help you with all of that. Let me become your new favorite hairstylist. When I’m not at the salon, you’ll probably find me spending time with my husband, dog, and two cats, enjoying a movie night at home. I also love exploring Boise—my new home after moving from Las Vegas—whether it’s grabbing coffee, book shopping, or hiking. I’m all about reading and anything artsy.
